0:03 UNN is Unified National Networks. It is an  organization 100% wholly owned by His Majestyís

0:10 government of Brunei Darussalam. UNNís purpose  is serving Bruneiís digital telecommunications.

0:17 We had several challenges that we needed to solve.  We had multiple legacy network infrastructures

0:24 that needed to be integrated with newer  solutions, without disrupting the operations.

0:29 In parallel, redundancy and resilience,

0:32 scalability towards hardware and software  capability. Our deliverables for 5G and

0:38 services were where the needs for scalable and  reliable transport backhaul is very important.

0:44 We are using carrier-grade routers, which is  the Juniper MX960, to serve as our MPLS core

0:52 and also the SRX firewall that also serves a CGNAT  function. In terms of our MPLS core network, it

1:00 now has 100G capability, which can fully support  and accommodate expanding bandwidth demands.

1:06 Our network performance has also improved.  It now has less latency, more dependability,

1:13 and also higher service availability.  We believe that through modernizing the

1:18 network infrastructure, we can significantly  elevate the quality and array of services

1:24 provided in the country with better  affordability and also accessibility.
